Number 1
When Nigel tells Nemo about how Marlin has traveled hundreds of miles to save him, he should be speaking in kilometers since he’s Austrailian.

Number 2
Crush claims to be 150 years old, but sea turtles only live to be around 80 years old on average. His age matches tortoises more than sea turtles.

Number 3
When the dentist scoops Nemo out of the aquarium, he starts off with a zipper bag, but in the next shot, the bag doesn’t have a zipper.

Number 4
When Bruce chases after Marlin and Dory, the mask changes sides in his mouth from being on the right, left, then back to right again.

Number 5
When Nemo first gets to the boat, the anchor is set all the way to the ground, but once the divers get back to the boat, they take off without having to retrieve it.

The number 5 is not a good because if you rewatch the scene, you can actually see the anchor being pull up.
In the shot where Marlin is running towards the boat, you can see the anchor being lifted.

Australia went decimal in 1966, meaning that my father grew up using the term miles, yards, inches etc ... and I occasionally do as well (I learned from the best).
So ... not a 'goof'.
