The terrible thing is that there aren't any AMD configurations with 32GB of RAM. I don't understand if this is some annoying coercion from Intel's part towards its partners, or what could be the reason. :(

hey josh, i bought the aspire spin 14 with 32 gb ram and 1 tb ssd for around 900 bucks, was it a good buy? the processor is a little weak as it's a 150u and not an ultra 155h so graphics performance is half of what you get with the 155h, also there is only a 60 hz lcd screen and the bottom half of the laptop seems to be plastic, trackpad too, was wondering if i should swap it for something else

the hp pavilion plus 14 2024 is on sale for 739 seems like a good price for a laptop with an 8845HS 120hz 2.8k oled and a decent port selection. In silent mode this laptop is probably faster than a macbook air m2 in some cpu heavy perfomance tasks

If you want something new, with the most bang for your buck, try a mini pc. They usually come with 16gb.
