Try using a Pomodoro timer and set the work segment for 30 or 35 minutes and set the break for 10 minutes and do some stretching and weight lifting during your break, to get your energy levels back up, so that you're ready for the next work period.

I just had this yesterday. I went on foot to my ophtalmologist and came back. But my mood back home was quite bad afterwards, with much of the same issues that were daily problems before I got prescribed medication.
I guess overheating of the body is my depression trigger.
