Ray, thank you so much for this video. I drove a pontoon for the first time in my life today in Tahiti (first time driving any kind of boat). Before I did, I watched your videos on going in and out of the slip and fairway. Despite a tight slip without docks between boats, we managed to get in and out of there without damaging it or other boats. Thanks! 👍🙏🐠

Other than slowing the boat down, whilst making forward/backward progress in the marina am unsure how long/much you keep it in neutral during the process. When making reasonable turns of the wheel during the marina i assume you are always in neutral or are you in gear? Thanks

Hi thanks for the video. A question. At 1m40secs... When you were going to lose the bow so you started turning left and put it in reverse gear. You initially your were in forward gear and were turning right. When you started turning left prior to putting it in reverse gear, did you turn the wheel to the left whilst forward gear was still engaged or did you put it neutral?

That’s scary to watch, and scarier to think that I am driving the boat
