Great to see the speed improvements on the Nexus devices. Another 3 more years watch how slow the Nexus 5 is going to seem. How come everyone that compares a heavy web page they choose the Verge? I'm sure there's other sites just as heavy.

Loved the video. I have owned a nexus one and currently I'm running a Galaxy nexus which is on its last leg. I guess I'll be upgrading to the Nexus 5 for sure.

Galaxy Nexus was a BEAST when it came out, I remeber when it got updated to 4.1, it was AMAZING. My old GNex is still being a really kickass phone, it runs almost every app and every game on the market with any lags. I hope that CyanogenMod release a stable version of 4.4 beacause this phone deserve it.

Being someone who jumped from the N1 to the N5 I can tell you that all of the quad core goodness is such an amazing step forward that I have fallen in love with Android, and my phone, all over again.  The N5 might just be the best $400 I have ever spent.
