Thanks for your video. I had Nexus4 and I did not want to upgrade. BUT, after watching this video I upgraded. 1000 sounds, maybe not worth it but the ability to edit them or make your own, yes that makes it worth it I think. Often I just want a part of the sound and the parts in layers is great easier than the old skin, and the fact it looks like FL studio which I use, to edit any note changes within the preset makes it a no brainer. Thanks. I quit upgrading at Nexus 2 because I after having Vengence Avenger (upgraded to 2) I did not use it much. But Avenger is overwhelming to edit and does not seem to have as many straight synth sounds without music notes. and I found this difficult to remove sometimes. It appears that I just edit the layer in Nexus which looks easier. It should be great.

Thanks for making this video. I like they turned it into a synthesizer, but I also liked it as a rompler because the preset quality sounded richer to me vs synthesizers like serum, since it was sample based I guess. Would you say that some of the presets are still sample based? Or is it mostly presets from the synthesizer?

I mainly used nexus for its readymade presets.I don't like to tweak sound that much.So I am still using nexus 4
