I want to share with you a little secret that has been helping me prepare for rehearsals and performances for many years.✨🤭
After a ballet day, upon returning home, I always write down the teacher’s comments that were made during the lesson or rehearsal. Sometimes I set up a camera to make it easier to record all the adjustments afterwards. Then, before going to bed, I go through a mental ballet or variation in my head, remembering each remark. 📝And the very next day, remembering all the adjustments, I independently walk at full speed before the teacher arrives and the rehearsal begins.💫
