Tom Pidcock is leaving Ineos Grenadiers at the end of the season.

What’s still NOT clear is which team Pidcock will now sign for. Q36.5, a Swiss based Pro team are front runners according to many, but Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe have been touted too.
Let us know where you think he’ll end up 👇

While this is bad for Ineos, Pidcock remains the most overrated road cyclist in the world. He has yet to put together a single dominant road season since 2021. He has won 5 races in 4 years and is the 7th most expensive cyclist in the world. This is more of a symbolic loss for Ineos than it is a sporting one. Pidock is more of a brand than an actually consistent cyclist.

I wish Tom well!! An exciting rider to watch with big wins across three disciplines.

TP is a rare talent that needs the right team supporting him to see that talent flourish. INEOS is not the right place anymore, I seriously doubt they will exist much longer. In other news Campagnolo are back in the World Tour, best wishes to both Tom and Campagnolo 👍

Tom will always be a legend... in his own mind.

Not bothered. A tiny tadpole when you think of the attitude free Pod. The V and the REM.

Ineos got lucky! Can you imagine having to deal with his whining for 3 more years!

What a shame they let him disrupt the team, lose personnel, and then let him leave. He's going to need a bigger helmet...

No team wants a guy whos trying to steal glory for his own and not for the whole team, thats why

I would think it must be pretty hard being a rider with ineos….they may have a huge budget but it’s also been mentioned that certain people within the hierarchy are a bunch of arseholes 😂

Haven't Astana just secured a big chunk of cash for the next few years?

They can afford him now and they're not the most conventional set up. That might suit him down to the ground.

If Redbull wants him he will go there, else Q36.5 I guess

It is for the best. It is a mess at Ineos at the moment and Pidcock is just not delivering for the salary honestly.

So Ineos now has some room to attract some new talent and rebuild and pidcock will maybe increase his performance with a good organised team building him up stronger.

Kinda expected…could be good for both parties. But will see what insider scoops Johan would provide on their channel.

You still have Maxim Van Gils out there. Rumour has it Red Bull Bora has already signed Van Gils. Would they sign both?

Good news for Ineos to get rid of Pidcock. He’s completely overrated in road cycling and hasn’t delivered. He’s not a good team player and comes across as a prima donna! He should stick with mountain biking.

Seems like Pidcock believes that T stands only for Tom and not Team. Not a great strategy in Pro Cycling.

I dont care what team he goes to, he just needs to be managed correctly. He knows that as much as anyone who has any real cycling knowledge. Now idk the dynamic of any other teams, but its clear Ineos isnt working.
