Learning About Quantum States 5: The Robinson--Schensted--Knuth Algorithm

The RSK (Robinson--Schensted--Knuth) algorithm is explained through Pokémon. Also mentioned is Greene's Theorem and the Vershik--Kerov Theorem saying that when the RSK is a random n-letter word with letter probabilities p_1, ..., p_d, the jth row of the resulting Young diagram will asymptotically have ~p_j n boxes.
