To be fair, Ramsey is really just a hometown preacher deep down, and speaks well to Christian wage earners. Not entrepreneurs or tech people or innovators. His advice is good…for some people.

I personally like Dave. You have to remember he’s helping mostly people in a financial earthquake who have as much as they make in credit card debt. They shouldn’t be getting excited about anything as speculative as crypto, they need to get their financial lives straight. Calling Bitcoiners stupid didn’t age well.

While I disagree with Dave I respect him for saying what I think he believes. That's better than Jamie Dimon and Larry Fink telling us to stay away while they were buying.

We should be humble enough to understand that ledgers can be centralised and decentralised. And it might be that decentralised ledgers are more trustworthy than government controlled ones.

Dave would never reverse his opinion on this. He focuses on that money is not a math problem, it's behavior. You need a very strong conviction to win in crypto and his audience doesn't have that.

It's in his best interest to only recommend safe plays

Dave Ramsey teaches his followers to work for 40 years, put money away in a 401K, buy and hold in a large cap growth fund and work until you retire all while living below your means and not getting into debt unless its a mortgage. Then, hope that you have enough years left in your life to enjoy your nest egg. Very low risk. Honestly most people would do better than they're doing now following that blueprint. Not for those of us that want face melting returns and be financially free before you're a senior citizen.
