Nice list. I think Saliba has a good shout in defence. The French defense was very good overall with Kounde, Hernandez, Saliba and Upemecano, but Saliba was very good. And as for up top, no one really stood out. Kate scored three, bit his performances, like the entirety of England squad was subpar. Morata would have been my pick if he actually scored a couple. Fullkrug was good, but man didn't play too many minutes, and Weghorst was good as well, but like Fullkrug, didn't play enough minutes.

Much as I agree that ruiz is underrated, olmo scored every knockout winner and was too crucial against 2nd best team of the tournament germany and made a clearance in final moments of the final too.

No Marc Guehi is criminal. I know England didn’t win the final but Guehi was a monster in the groups and R16, before having a decent semi-final and final too. Laporte was excellent and Pepe did very well for his age, but I feel Guehi was better than at least Pepe

Was fully expecting Mikautadze to be the starting striker as I believe he scored like 3 goals helping Georgia advance in the Euros, but that ending did throw me off guard a bit..
As for the XI, I agree with most picks, although I’d probably put Guehi instead of Pepe, but overall, I’d have picked a really similar team.
