The reason this fight has been so diffcult to one shot is because you lose ALL relic passives when the 2nd phase starts (i.e. synchronous clone attacks.) You also lose any and all buffs during the phase transition which means you can't prep or gear swap prior to this phase.

When 2nd phase starts:
Take Loong Aura Amplification Pellet (crit chance/crit dmg/dmg)
Get hit by the first attacks until health is low to activate the Yaksha mask unique passive
Activate Gore-Eye Daoist Spirit
Take Enhanced Tiger Subduing Pellet (flat dmg)
Wait until boss engages and cast cloud strike
Take Enhanced Ginseng Pellets for instant 4 focus pts
Drink *l̲a̲s̲t̲ ̲s̲i̲p* of Multi-Glazed Gourd (30% dmg bonus) and make sure you're still below 50% health
Stand near your clone
Immobilize right before you get hit to activate "Evanescence" passive (massive dmg bonus)
