You are supposed to use water during the sanding to make it more smooth and not crack because I saw some cracks in the ball.

During World War II, they had metal drives because the government needed more metal. Kids even peeled the shiny foil off of sticks of gum and kept them making little balls until they were marble sized, and they could turn them in at the metal collection centers. Some kids kept them and made some really big ones (according to my mother).

More time using the sandpaper would've made it better, also rubbing the tin foil ball on the sandpaper instead of the other way around makes it more effective. Cool video though! :]

Crumble a small piece of foil then cover it with another foil and repeat until you get the size you like then sand paper then polish it I wish this helps you

not only did you not wet and dry sand like in the video, you also didn’t use a dremel with a sand paper attachment with the metal polisher. so ofc it wouldn’t turn out the same 😭😭😭
