my mom is a nurse and when she comes back home we open the door for her hot water ready for shower. she does not touch anything and walk straight to in the shower. we boil the clothes afterwards and as Indian tradition shoes stay out which will be sprayed by disinfectant by the building maintenance .

First thing once I get home, shoes go into a small tub of water with bleach to disinfect, clothes into washer on hot water, shower... then wipe down of all surface normally touched even if I haven't touched them. Gloves to go down to check mail, and masks for elevators to car and back up again. Fun sh*$.

When my mom walks in the house, we take the groceries from her with gloves on and spray her with disinfectant spray. She then later walks straight in the shower to protect the rest of us.

Lysol, Clorox wipes, etc are so bad for not only our bodies but the environment! hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle works fine for disinfecting. Even some essential oils and vinegar work great.

wipes are nightmarish for the environment because they have plastic. Do your bit by spraying your disinfectant onto something plastic free, like a paper towel.

If my hands are dirty, I wash it, then I touched my dirty phone, how do I clean it? And if I were to wear plastic/disposable gloves to disinfect, if I hold an item and clean it with a cloth, while cleaning it, wouldn’t the gloves be contaminated while trying to clean it?

I spray the top of my table, while 15 min. to disinfect. My neighbor just though I had forgot to dry it off! Some ppl have to be told how it's supposed to be done. FYI
