Hi! Finally a leg day video where i showed the entire session but specifically squat, by sharing my experience and improvements during past few months along with few hacks/techniques which helped me to get stronger and stronger.

TYPE-2 (On Next Leg Day)

#1 Sumo Deadlift
#2 Leg press (Wide foot placement)

Day 1 : Back and Bicep
1. Lat pulldown 4 x 16 (last set is drop set)
2. Chest supported DB row 4 x 15
3. V bar Lat pulldown 3 x 15 (last set is drop set)
4. Cable row 3 x 15
5. Bicep BB curl 3 x failure
6. Hammer Preacher Curl 3 x 15
7. CB curls 1 x 20
8. Forearm curls

Day 2 : Side & Rear Delt and Triceps.
1. Lateral raises 5 x 20
2. Chest supported Rear Delt rows 3 x 15
3. Shrugs 3 x failure
4. Chest supported lateral raises 3 x 15
5. Rear Delt flys 3 x 15
6. Single arm lateral raises 3 x failure
7. Skull crushers 3 x 20
8. Tricep pushdown 3 x 20

Day 3 : Legs
1. BB Squats / Deadlifts 4 x 15
2. Leg press 4 x 18
3. Bulgarian squats / Lunges 3 x 12
4. Leg Extension / RDL 4 x 15
5. Calves raises 3 x 15

Day 4 : Chest and front delts
1. DB flat press 4 x failure
2. Seated DB press 4 x 12
3. Pec deck 3 x 20
4. Inclined DB press 4 x failure
5. DB front raises 3 x 15

One pro tip from my side is that:
Brace up and unrack from the squat bar u will feel the weight lighter than usual

The form is pretty good on those BSSs just that it seems that you are hitting more of glutes than quads.
Genuinely I believe it’s up to the person, if they are feeling the movement right then everything’s good.
Also keep up the good work, more success to you and I hope you don’t become spoiled commercial influencer rather promote only what’s genuine.
