Meet the Draco Lizard, also known as the Flying Dragon, a fascinating reptile genus native to Southeast Asia and southern India.
The Draco Lizard possesses elongated ribs, which can be extended to form wing-like structures, enabling it to glide through the jungle efficiently and to avoid potential predators.
Despite their modest size, only about 20 cm in length and not capable of powered flight, they can glide as far as 60 meters (200 ft) in a single leap, and the required height is only about 10m.
