Got the same issue. Tells me to tightened the cable but it’s tight. Matter of fact I disconnected the pos and plugged my old box back in and it fired right up. Guess I’ll have to call a technician. Spent over 2 hours on this.

I wish Xfinity would add an alphabetical sort option to the Guide. Their guide is so convoluted and disorganized and even when you try to narrow it down by Favoriting it will duplicate all the SD & HD versions of the same channel. Plus, there is only one Favorite list...should be able to do multiple lists.

Late comment here but my came with a cord coax cord for in and out so do I just use the put or in corn cause you used only 1? So idk what to do I been trying to do this all day and it’s just not working at all and it’s upsetting and I have the same tv as you I think I just don’t know what to do if you could lmk that would be awesome!!! An excellent video on this subject - if Xfinity has not paid you handsomely for preparing this video, they should - I would ask for $50, 000. Much, much better than any information put out by Xfinity - their information was extremely poor if you could even find it. THANKS

I just watched your video that's pretty amazing I just upgraded to Xfinity X1 box I hope it goes that easy for me I have two Vizio TVs and my stereos are JVC probably going to try to hook them up tomorrow thank you for the video

I don't know if the original remote to that TV is at critical. I just powered my TV on with my older Comcast remote. My old comcast remote was the silver one where you could just select tv on the remote and press power. I was able to set up a new cable box just as easily

You have to have the power on during set up for the sound bar? I want the xfinity remote to control power on and off on the sound bar as well.

I just got one and it'd not to bad but lots and lots of features such as YouTube and also quite a few music apps as well
