INTEL the new leader of the semiconductor industry

Intel recently received a groundbreaking High-NA EUV lithography scanner from ASML, a significant development in chip manufacturing technology. This machine, the Twinscan EXE:5000 High-NA EUV scanner, can produce over 200 wafers per hour and is capable of 8nm resolution, compared to the traditional 13nm. This technology is expected to be key in manufacturing 3nm chips, potentially enhancing yields and reducing costs by eliminating the need for double patterning in the EUV process. Intel's adoption of this technology is a major step in maintaining their position at the forefront of semiconductor lithography, potentially impacting the global chip manufacturing landscape, especially considering the delayed access of such technology by competitors like those in Taiwan (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, TSMC)

False info. Tsmc already owns euv machines. Iphone 13 processor is made by an euv machine

The only cool thing about this is that Israel will have state of the art technology, which will attract very smart students from around the world.
Other than that it's not really a big deal... It's not a consumer facing cpu. So there's very little profit to be made. It's basically a super computer, AI, cpu that is still in development. It's going to be at least a decade until anything like this is consumer facing.
