This happens all the time in our African setting. Our mothers would rather stick to their abusive husbands at the expense of their kids. Kids grow with full trauma that they take to their adulthood, relationships etc. just because their mothers did not want to be deemed as single mothers.😢 hugs mami. Thank for speaking out.
