If you can grind the egg shell to powder, it works much better, gives more surface area for the bacteria to break it down quicker

1:39 how about you think about it. What shape is a drop of water? You’re definitely backwards on how it falls. It may be the weight but if evenly distributed like water falling then no it’s not the least resistance.

"Egg shells gradually raise soil pH ..." To me, that sounds like higher numeric pH, or more alkaline. But then "... creating a slightly acidic environment ..." I can't speak for anyone else, but this confused me. If this is similar to adding lime to the soil, then that makes it more alkaline. That could be problematic if you already have slightly alkaline soil that you are trying keep from going higher.

This is perfectly suitable for the garden. Cleaner parts are for knitting and filling of blankets.
