This is SO helpful. It's ridiculous to try to "think of" 10 things while going into my serve motion. So I am going to use this as my ONE thing to focus on! Also, do you have a related tip on where my hitting elbow should be (maybe in terms of height) as the ball leaves my hand? I think one thing I need to work on is the TIMING of my release ... later ... get the right arm moving sooner.

Hi Ryan great tip. Would you advocate using the racket lag rhythum of say Pete Sapras or Ivo Karlovic?

I've changed my swing rhythum slightly and used the lag approach on my serve and it's transformed my ball toss, serve rhythum and serve speed no question.
