Hikvision camera is active wrong password Activation / Initial Setup

hello, hope you can reply to me ASAP.
i have A Hikvision Fingerprint Model : "K1A8503"

- if i activate the device from the manual activation, then trying to connect it to pc with the same ip and gateway, IVMS4200 says that's the password is incorrect, BUT WHEN I TYPE THE PASSWORD ON THE DEVICE TO OPEN THE ADMIN SETTING, IT OPENS !

- if i activate the device but this time FROM IVMS4200, it activated correctly ! and connects with the ip and gateway ! BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE ADMIN SETTING FROM THE DEVICE ITSELF AND TRY TO WRITE THE PASSWORD it says it's incorrect


what should i do ?!
if i activated from device, computer says the password is incorrect, and if i activated from the IVMS4200, the device itself says the password is incorrect !!!!

please, i'm going to be crazy
