For those who are unfamiliar or don't get the jokes, here's some context:

The moviegoer's name is Arjun, which is another form of the name Arjuna, one of Ashwatthama's rivals in the original legend. Arjuna earned the trust and love of Ashwatthama's father Dronacharya and became someone he envied due to his fighting skill.

He proves he's Ashwatthama by showing the missing socket on his forehead where his gem, the syron-ratna was supposed to be before it got ripped out by Krishna.

Arjun asks where Aswhatthama was since 3102 BC, which is the year that the legend took place and the one where he was cursed to a painful mortal life by Krishna. Devout Hindus believe he roams the Earth begging for salvation. He also asks if he's a fan of Prabhas, the actor who stars in Kalki 2898 AD as Bhairava.

Shambala is a lost kingdom from mythological stories that Arjun wants to go to, so he asks if Aswhatthama knows where it is. He also asks if Aswhatthama wants a cool drink or popcorn, most likely since they were basically nonexistent in his Yuga.

There's rumor that filmmaker Rajamouli will be making an adaptation of Mahabharata soon so Arjun suggests Aswhatthama should play himself in it. He also asks if he's heard of Adipurush, a recent Bollywood fantasy movie and adaptation of Ramayana, which is also a part of the Puranic Chronicles like Mahabharata. Since the movie was poorly recieved by Indian audiences, Aswhatthama takes offense to it.

Vijay Deverakonda is also the actor who plays Arjuna (from Mahabharata) in the movie. I didn't get the last joke specifically, that is why Aswhatthama found the idea of him playing Kalki to be weird. If someone can explain that it would be nice.
