In this video, I discussed an error in the movie Kalki. It is unfortunate that despite my efforts, some viewers argued that the movie was entirely accurate and dismissed my video as fake. They failed to understand the specific mistake I highlighted.

While I agree that the movie was well-made and I personally enjoyed it, I couldn't overlook a significant error in the very first sequence.

To clarify:

The movie depicts a scene on the Kurukshetra battlefield, showing Ashwathama using the Brahmashira Astra on Uttara's womb immediately after the war, with dead soldiers and elephants visible in the background. This setting clearly indicates the scene is intended to be the Kurukshetra battlefield right after the war ended.

However, in the original Mahabharata, after the war ended, Ashwathama attempted to kill the Pandavas at night but mistakenly killed their sons. Realizing his mistake, Ashwathama sought refuge at Vyasa's ashram. The Pandavas tracked him down, and Arjuna confronted him with the Brahmashira Astra. It was at Vyasa's ashram, not on the Kurukshetra battlefield, where Ashwathama used the Brahmashira Astra. The movie's depiction of this event is therefore inaccurate.

That is why this movie is fiction.
It is not a adaptation of Mahabharata.

But they showed it in the movie, in fact the first scene of the movie is flying Brahamastra towards Uttara's womb!

People here giving their 2 cents of knowledge only know Mahabharata from Sony tv serials
They don’t even know the depiction of karna as a selfless generous greatest warrior is entirely made up and not at all true in the original ved Vyaas text

I hate that people are arguing over this. This wasn't supposed to be a documentary or a history lesson. It's a movie, aka creative work of fiction where the artist has the freedom of expression and the creative liberty to present his ideas.
This was the very first time India has tried to create an adaptation based on their mythology instead of telling the same stories over and over, and I must say it was pretty amazing to watch a fresh take on stories we have heard since childhood.
The hate and arguments are unprecedented, if people keep taking movies at face value and not entertainment then we're doomed.

And you also said a major mistake. It was not Brahmastra. It was Brahmashiro astra... Mightiest among astras. In the movie also, they mentioned it as Brahmastra which is totally wrong. Brahmashiro astra can be generated even from a plant which makes it most powerful. The effect is so hazardous that it will last as long as 50 years of Brahma (155 trillion earth years). Only a very few in the world knew how to generate this astra. Guru Drona, Guru Parashuram, Arjuna, Karna & Aswathama had the knowledge of this astra. Aswathama didn't know how to withdraw his astra. That's why he redirected the astra to Uthara's womb. Bhagvan Krishna protected the unborn Pareekshith inside the womb..

Aswathama didn't mistakenly kill the upapandavas. He intentionally massacred them. He knows he can't kill pandavas even in their sleep coz krishna won't let it happen

Ashwathama didn’t kill upapandavas by mistake. He knew who they were and they actually came to fight him when he was attacking everyone in the tents.

Audience watching movie should understand.
Its a fictional movie which considers bits of mythology to construct their own universe with its own rules and regulations.
(Eg : karthikeya movie . Those arent real background stories but constructed just for the sake of movie in a sensible way . )
Dont take these seriously. Its not like they have degraded the value of story rather people who watched the movie started revoking the actual story thus spreading our own culture.
People should accept these experiments until they are sensible or else no one shall try to take these stories.

Also, Ashwatthama was stripped of his shironmani that gave him his powers.

Yes. Ashwattamah intended 2 destroy the pandavas lineage by directing the Brahmastra on Uttara's womb. It's not that if he didn't know to withdraw his weapon, he couldn't redirect it elsewhere n had to aim a pregnant woman none other than the one carrying the child of the Pandava's lineage.

Which movie did you see? Cause exactly that’s what Kalki showed.

Now AI voice tell us what is mahabhaart😂,

This movie is a depiction of what is yet to happen, not of the Mahabharata war. Ashwatthama was cursed with immortality for trying to kill a pregnant woman, and can only be relieved of the curse with a good cause. The cause is to protect the birth/reincarnation - Kalki.

At least Indians must know that the tapestry of Mahabharata can't be condensed into a Movie. We can at best touch a wee lil'le bit. At best it will be like those men who saw the elephant and described it..
.. It is a broom

It is a pillar...
It is a winnow... It is a wall

Nothing is inaccurate...😂
Its clearly shown in the movie...
Arjun's fight with ashwadhama and karn's intervention, ashwadhama using the bhrahmastra on utthara and krishna's curse are all shown in the movie...
But as glipmses and in different timeline...
Thats all😂...
Its not a full story...
Its just a glimpse so that those who know can only understand the reference 😅
