vmware player all settings greyed out fix

A very simple fix allowing you change your VM's settings again.
Make sure your VM is fully powered off (not suspended or hibernated)

this helped thank's, so basically make sure the vm version (windows 7) for example is powered off then the sliders will work. Fixed my issue thank's soo much
