I'm 14, my 100m is 10.3, broad jump is 10'10", vertical is 38 inches, I'm 6'7", squat 515 lbs, ranked 1st in my state, broke school record, conference record, section record, and state record in 3 track events. Already have offers from 5 D1 schools, have a 5.0 unweighted GPA, already have an associate degree from PSEO College classes, bench over 405 lbs for reps, curl 80 lb dumbells for ultra high reps, can curl 185lbs barbell, deadlift over 600 lbs, accepted into Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford, and like a bunch of other ivy league schools, quarterback for my high school, number one guard for basketball team, highest rated baseball player on my team, offers for hockey, soccer, and all the other sports I mentioned all from D1 schools too. I have my own successful online business that I'm generating over $50k a month from. I've been on ABC news, CNN, CBS, etc... made the newspaper like 50 times in the last month and have been on 25 celebrity talk shows in the past 5 years. I own 3 cars all valued over 50k easily. I have two parents both multimillionaires and grandparents that are listed on Forbes billionaire list. I'm wondering what I can do to get 100m sub 10? Anyone here that's fast and can help?

I’m in the woomb for the next 3 months. 100 meter is 11.00 200meter is 25.3897384364 40 yard dash is 3.14159 broad jump 9 feet. Looking to improve all as I am lacking in most aspects.

I'm not a sprinter, i'm a distance runner, I run the 800m and the mile.My mile time is 6:36 and my 800 time is 2:51.(NOT BRAGGING!!)For anyone who runs distance and struggles, here are some tips:
Mile tips:
-Start off behind 1-2 people and the people in the front usually gas their self out.
-Try breathing in your nose and out your mouth, It is VERY difficult for me, but I believe in you and God will help you too!
-Breathe slowly!!Don't breathe fast because it will raise your heart rate up and freak you out.
-DON'T GAS YOURSELF
-run at a GOOD PACE!!
-On the last lap, give it EVERYTHING YOU GOT!!!
(people usually give up on the last lap so this is your time to shine babes!!)

800M Tips!!:
-again, pick 1-2 people to stay behind!
-Don't start off too fast but too slow, keep a good pace!!
-BREATHE GOOD!!IT'S VERY IMPORTANT!!
-Run out EVERYTHING YOU GOT IN THE LAST 200!!!
Again, I do long distance in Track, and i'm a Cross Country runner, and i've played soccer my whole life and these are just tips that work for me!!
ALSO DONT CLINCH YOUR FISTS!!!

I’m just saying the races and the times I run I run the 800m I’m 10 and ran a 2:45 I won as regional champion my 400 is 1 minute and 10 seconds and my 2 hundred is a 31 somthing idk but yeah my third time going to Olympics I have worked so hard and I’m hoping next year I will make it again with a even lower time in the Olympics Btw I love track a lot to the point where. You will see my on every track video

I’m 21. My bw is 165lb and my 40-yard dash is 4.47s. I’m doing 325lb squats, 225lb single leg lunges and my broad jump is 10’10”. Any tip to get my 40 a little bit lower. I’m trying to get closer to a 4.3. Thank you!

Brother, mad respect for sharing your years of knowledge with rookie runners. I’m training for my first marathon and have one speed day at the track every week. I always feel intimidated because the real track athletes are there so I just mind my business and stay out of their way but I love getting free tips from your vids

I’m 312 years old, run a 2.7 in the 100 meter, my standing broad jump is 298’ 7’’, my max squat is 987, 568 lb, and I weigh 809 lb. Is this good or nah?
