I am 41 years old. Started to run 4 years ago, with a 14.2 mark. 2020 it went down to13.4, 2021 12.1 and last year (2022) I hired an elite trainer and got my PB of 10.65. This year I started a much harder training program with three more experienced trainers helping me out and last week smashed my PB down to 9.96. I am now the only person in the world to have ever made a sub 10 mark in its fortyes. The plan now is to destroy Bolts record by the end of the year, possibly with a sub 9.4 mark. I really dont care that this record wont be official. What really matters is to prove MYSELF I am the fastest man in the world. I shouldnt even be here commenting this on You Tube, but just wanted to tell you folks that with motivation and hard work you can achieve amazing goals.
///Updating my comment after 18 months since I made this post: now I am 43, and I have not only smashed Bolt's record, but last week I achieved the first sub 9 / 100m run in the world. To be more precise: 8.97 seconds. Yeah baby...work hard and always believe your dreams!
