how to test MLA MP performance?? do we have a process to evaluate their performance Every year?? What they promised in OFFICIAL MENIFESTO and how much they did??? To have court case against them if they do not fulfil it?? To cut salary of MLA and MP if they fail in performing their duty of respective department??? What to do if they don't come to lok sabha, ,rajya sabha regularly???

There can be performance based increment along with some minimum basic increment. Plus it should be bipolar i.e. junior should also give feedback about the seniors. And no grading should be given without any specific reason.

After doing work for more than 4 years in a central government department, I can say few things
1. This government will destroy the craze for government job.
2. They are becoming anti-employee day by day.
3. Harrasment and undue work pressure is day to day issue.
4. This govt is significantly reducing permanent job, engaging contingent workers, contractual people more.
5. Irregular and unjust pressure on government employee to meet the never achievable alloted target.
6. Infrastructure of govt department is pathetic.
7. Increasing pressure of lower level employee.
8. They are in a mood to sell govt enterprises

If the performance based system is introduced then there will be no difference between private and government organisations. One must safeguard the interests of the Govt employees who work not just for the money but for the service of the people

Performance based system nhi hona chahiye because negative points jyada hai. Agr performance based system krnahi hai to performance ki rating impartial honi chahiye.

Performance based system is impossible in public sector, how will they define one’s performance in decision making post like police officer, sdm, dm, AC etc
For example one police officer is busy in a high profile case he is working hard 24/7 to solve the case for years of years.
But in other place one police officer is handling too many cases in a year and hiking his performance.
How will they measure in such case ??where a judge giving judgement in a case and he is trying to solve the case early so that he can perform well than other judge and made some mistake.
If performance rating is leave to the senior officer then there will be more corruption in an office..
They will prefer on individual achievement rather than focusing on team work.

Comments dekhne k baad aisa lagta hai jinko govt job nahi lagi hai wo bhut khus hai is decision se.
But unko ye bata deta hoon agar aisa hua to govt job me maximum power upper level pe chala jayega. Phir agar koi kaam karana hoga to Upar wale officer k according karana.


Rahi baat jo soch rhe hai corruption kam hoga, unka bhagwaan bhala kre😂😂. Corruption generally senior officer k karan hi hota.

If they implement performance based salary, then they should increase age limitations too. Because there are many people who are ready to work for government and serve country who are overaged.
