Bad Moon Rising (CCR), 1st song I learned. G D C.
Something that I could never do was use my right hand. I learned chords, Bar chords, hammer ons, pull offs and so on, but my right hand just never got the rhythm. I believe the right hand is the soul of guitar playing. I even taught myself different styles of finger picking. I would play till I wrote my own guitar pieces. they sounded good but missed the soul that comes from the right hand. My right hand was/is like an old wind up toy with a stretched spring.
I mention this because I realized that on Bad moon Rising. You can play many songs with the same 3 chords. practice your right hand.
Left hand is body, right hand is soul. If you can get these 2 into 1, you can make music with one chord.

You're a wonderful presenter. I love the fact that you provide QUALITY content. Contents that actually help me (and I'm sure others ) get better at playing the guitar. You inspire me to pick up and play the guitar more often. Its interesting that 5 of the 15 songs in your list are songs that I love to listen and decided to learn to play, namely Stand by me, knocking on heavens door, heart of Gold, let it be and and who'll stop the rain. THANK YOU for your incredible work.

1st 2 songs I learned to play on guitar were "House of the Rising Son" and "Cant You See" . Very easy chords and those 2 songs broke me through the practice wall. Once I could play them, learning new songs became very easy no matter what chords are involved.

This actually helped, I’m not good remembering chords so I saw his fingers and strumming and I can follow along, thanks bro

I teach America’s ‘Horse with no name’ and it actually has 4 chords ... (2 for open verse) and 2 for the Chorus. But very easy to learn and play.
