I had a dream last night that I was a child back in my family home and my family members kept barging into my room even though I locked the door. I’ve always been highly sensitive and my family enjoyed picking on me, they could get really big reactions out of me and I would just need to get away and be alone but they would follow me and continue picking on me. It’s kind of followed me into adulthood where I feel like I can’t get away from people, or peoples energy sometimes. I’ve been struggling my entire life with codependency, anxiety, people pleasing, etc from growing up with two alcoholic parents. I’ve recently started therapy and I’m learning so much about why things are how they are right now. I was affected by others toxicity and negative energy due to lack of boundaries.Im an empath and I feel so deeply that I pick up energies from everyone and I didn’t know how to set boundaries when I was young and I was always taken advantage of my kindness, I was also scared to set boundaries because when I did people would start to be rude and behave differently and mostly won’t respect my boundaries and I believed that I can’t have one because it’s rude and others feel I’m being closed off but in reality, having boundaries is a protection that I deserve .I was a people pleaser too, as an empath I knew right away what would please anyone and that attracted unnessary energy and toxicity.Now I’m learning to set healthy boundaries and let go of people who don’t serve my highest good .This video was a blessing in disguise.Thank you so much for the beautiful video, I felt an instant surge of new energy entering me it was a great healing, I could feel the positivity brimming, love your video tysm😊❤
