Krav Maga Girl, Lior Bitran, an experienced martial arts instructor is presenting a full workout for beginners, explaining about basic kicks.

After a good warm up, you can learn how to do the Front Kick, Side Kick and Back Kick.

Lior is accompanied by the girls Shira, Gila, Issi and Lee.
Just like Adi and Jenny, people with no experience in Krav Maga can still participate and learn from the workout.

one suggestion; while kicking back, don't look above your shoulder, look back from under your armpit. It gives more control and you can lean forward more. The more you lean forward the higher your leg would go in the back, it's like a see-saw.

Darling, I was watching few of your videos, and on this one I had to leave a comment. As I am practicing Krav Maga almost 3 years now, and I have never been told to shout (scream), when I do the technique. Never. Also, please, be more accurate how to explain the kicks, as it much more difficult to do it on a right way ( there is a slight turn on a standing feet when you do the side kick (for example)), which you did not mention at all, and it is very important part to do and to know!! And finally, I am not a native English speaker either, but I kindly and politely ask you to improve your English, please! Apart from these, it looks, that you have strength and nice high kicks, keep learning and it will be great ! All the best!

This week I saw a mother escorting her two eight year old girls from self defense classes and although I'm a male I thought well done that woman. I'd like to see all girls in school have self defense as part of the school curriculum and government subsidies on the cost of private tuition out of school. The world's not getting any safer for women,
