Ikea Micke drawer unit assembly instructions

Is Ikea Micke drawer unit assembly your next project? Even if you have very little (or no) experience you will be capable of assembling Ikea unit yourself. However, sometimes, even with a manual in hand, you might be a slightly confused how to turn the flat pack full of bits and pieces into a nice storage unit you have seen in the shop. You can't afford to make a mistake, either. The drawer unit created from man-made MDF is rather fragile and can be easily damaged or scratched due to their low sturdiness. Once you have screwed all the bits together, it's not a great idea to dismantle them and start the job all over again.

thanks a lot, this helped so much! for anyone else reading, i'd highly recommend putting in the metal inserts (as shown at 3:06) inside the holes (with the tiny arrow facing towards the screw) BEFORE trying to make it fit together. it's a lot easier to assemble that way. also, inserting the wheels correctly requires a fair bit of strength and will make a clicking sound once inserted correctly, so it might be worth getting someone stronger to help you push them on if you can't do it yourself.

I need help! I inherited this unit and it was unfinished. From the beginning, I realized they inserted the drawer wrong. I asked hubby to help finish the rest and look at the drawer but it does not go in all the way. It is just stopped 3/4 of the way in. We can't figure it out. Is there somewhere in your video where you can direct me to help me see where the mistake was done. Your video is helpful and not sure I can take this all apart to figure it all out. Guess that is why they gave it away bc they could not finish unit. Lol.
