Join me for a 10 minute advanced CORE SLIDERS at home workout to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. If you don't have sliders at home, you can always use paper plates, two small towels, or throw on a pair of thick socks. Anything that will help you glide across the floor as we work our ab muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

- Sliders OR paper plates, small towels, or thick socks
- Mat (optional)

I love that you can do this in 10 min, i add pauses and then complete the exercise instead of just skipping cuz its too hard. Maybe next time I can do it without. One way to lower the difficulty. :)

I got a foot injury so I couldn't do much of my actual workout due to pain from jumping a lot so I did this workout. Felt tired after with some pain but not as much compared to my other workout
