Every morning I cook 3 eggs over medium in 2 tablespoons of salted butter and some fresh cracked black pepper. I've tried eggs 30 ways, and that is the peak for me.

Those are great scrambled egg recipes.
Also, Try this authentic Mexican recipe: scrambled eggs then add pinto beans and homemade salsa. Let simmer together in the pan and then serve with toasted corn tortillas. For homemade salsa boil 4 Roma tomatoes and 4 jalapenos. After they're soft, put in the blender with a clove or two of garlic (can also use garlic powder if you want) a little onion and salt. Blend together in blender. 😊

For big, fluff, moist scrambled eggs, dont add salt until after cooking. Seems counterintuitive to properly seasoning, but the sodium draws the water from the fat molecules and separates them, making stringier eggs. Also cooking on low-med heat and not moving the eggs often keeps them fluffy. Was a game changer for my scrambled eggs.
