Do not try to take him out of context… Mr Rogers was the most beautiful soul this world has known.

He was just illustrating the differences between young boys and girls and how it’s okay to be different or be yourself. That there is nothing scary about growing up to be a mommy or a daddy and both are special and important!
He absolutely was not hating on trans people or anything even close.

He loved everyone, including gay people, people of color, and everything in between. The man literally washed a black man’s feet on tv against the wishes of the network as a show of compassion and apology for what w went through as a black man living in america.
