Prime Minister Liz Truss faces Sir Keir Starmer at her second-ever Prime Minister's Questions this lunchtime.

Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves has been granted an urgent question on the economic situation after PMQs.

Labour is requesting Kwasi Kwarteng makes a statement on the current economic situation, but he is in Washington DC at the International Monetary Fund's annual meeting.

Even if he was in Westminster, any government minister is allowed to respond.
