I would never have thought of nutrition (beyond just good nutrition in general) as having an effect on my stretching. Thanks for opening my eyes! 🙏 Wishing you a new year full of good things, Lucas 🥰

What a good and well-explained video (like all videos I saw from you)! Thank you. I am a vegetarian since 30 years (never had any lacks without supplementation) and I have a feeling that this nutrition keeps the body basically flexible (not saying meat is always bad if coming from "good sources" but I am sure its better not to eat much of it, maybe once a week or so). I am pretty flexible, but when I tried the supplement "MMS" (powder) after about 1 week I could feel a pretty amazing increase of flexibility. I felt like "rubber-band" indeed!

Thank you for your video and dedication to teaching, Lucas. I appreciate the simple explanations and the way you bring your own story into what you do to set an example.

As a mom and teacher, I strive to also be an example of how movement and paying attention to what we eat can help to support good health and a happy life. I would love to better understand autoimmune breakdowns in our bodies and ways people have healed and nurtured their bodies despite this interruption. Our bodies are incredible, complex, yet also somewhat simple.

Thank you for being a part of this journey called life. I find many of your videos to be beneficial and help to guide me to a deeper understanding of my own body.

May the new year be full of love and light for all, and the healing vibration of our cosmos fill all hearts and beings.

I eat as if supplements are not a thing but I take them as a bonus and I'm getting great results from this combination.

Vitamin D may also be a big one. D deficiency is widespread and can cause muscle stiffness and musculoskeletal pain.
Also proper hydration seems to be key - many males neglect.

Thank you very helpful. I read that turmeric is better absorbed by the body if it mixed with black paper. Can you share how you take turmeric?
