Where is the regulator?? This is gonna hurt your device if the voltage goes too high because of strong sunlight. You need a regulator as well between the charger and the solar panel.

Can I use a 50W 12 V panel with a 30W 5V car charger? Will it work to charge powerbank?

I think we can use one solar charge controller for safety. Just it may cost another 800 rupees or so.

Excusez moi, j'ai un problème, j'ai une plaque de 5W avec pour entré 9V minimum et 13V maximum, j'ai essayé comme vous avec un port USB pour auto de 12v-24V avec une sortie de 5V, en branchant sur le téléphone ça ne marche pas, je voudrais comprendre mon erreur.
