If anyone is wondering, here’s my fav recipe of yuzu cheong. 3 table spoons of yuzu cheong, 1 table spoon of honey, about 200ml of boiling water and let 2 bags of black tea to simmer. Then you have yuzu honey black tea! You can use grapefruit cheong instead and it will still taste great!

I've been making cheongs all month after I discovered your channel- my absolute favorite so far is lemon, and I would *love* to try making it with yuzu! I doubt they even exist here 😮‍💨☹️😆

It's just like lemons. Each fruit has a minimum of 100 seeds. Any less than that and it's not a lemon.
