Yuzu lemonade #shorts

This is the second time ever that i comment on a Video, but having learnt so much from you the idea of returning the favor is really cool. Working in a bar i know a few tricks for a really good lemonade.
The sugar you put in there can be infused with the Citrus oils of the fruit. Just take the peel (no need to grate it, just use vegetable peeler) and put it in a container along with the sugar and let it sit for at least over night. A vacuum bag works best. The sugar will draw out all the citrus oil. This is called Oleo Saccharum or oil sugar. Adding this to your lemonade will boost the flavor significantly.
Lemonade also benefits greatly from a few drops of saline solution.

How would you describe the flavor of yuzu compared to lemons? I absolutely love lemonade and am seriously debating trying this.

I Didnt even know what this was, we have a tree in the backyard and ive been tossing them out and giving them away for the longest time because of all the seeds. Now i guess i should put the work into using them.
