DANG MAN thank you so much, I got an 82 yamaha XJ 650 maxim and this started happening to me about two weeks ago to the point where It was almost impossible to be in any traffic or else I'd be obstructing traffic until I could get up to speed, this helped me identify that problem and as soon as I took my carbs off I noticed two out of four of my butter Flys would just barley open. Your a God send man, keep up the work and you earned a follower 100%

I appreciate it I just bought a 2000 yamaha yzf600r thundercat it has a problem idling but once I start going it’s fine I thought it was the carbs it’s just been hard to find anywhere around me that works on them

This is a great video Dan. Now how about a fuel injected CBR that has the throttle flutter at speed but when trying to do hard acceleration or a load on the motor? Should I assume that the vacuum system is faulty?

Nice explanation man can tell you know your stuff problem with my bike is it ran fine and I left it sat a month in the garage and and now the throttle lags but if I use choke it doesn’t lag I did rebuild the carbs and balanced it before I let it sit

Hey! Thanks for this video. It was very informational and helpful! Sounds like it’s the issue I’m facing. Stalling at low gear/rpm, throttle lag, and very unstable idle after riding for a bit. If you have a moment, I posted a short on my channel displaying the rough idle. Using Wynns Formula Gold Petrol Treatment helped A LOT, for a bit but now the issue is back. Any input helps. Fuel injected, two cylinder Hyosung GV 125, for reference 🙏🏼

My duel carb only does this in 3rd gear open throttle. But in first and second it runs great.

I got this 2005 suzuki S83 boulevard I can idle sync the carbs but my throttle sync is off. At lower throttle the two carbs stay in sync. But if I blip it one carb will instantly react while the other hesitates. Mind I'm using the analog vacuum gauges.

2012 Yamaha FZ1, fuel injected, first bike . I noticed this exact problem after an oil change one day … now there is slight lag in first gear like a delayed takeoff … could this be it ?

having issues on a cbr400rr when taking off, the bike is fine. The moment it reaches 10k rpm it's starts to bog and stutter like it's being starved of fuel. Under 10k it's perfect with the occasional sputter. But once revved out iimmediately starts bogging and stuttering

I have a 2008 cbr 1000 sometimes out of no where when I go down to first and I’m going slow and then give it gas the bike stutters and kinda Boggs out and I’m giving it plenty of gas then out of nowhere the power mood back in then I get up into a higher rpm and it’s good

When do you find its a jet issue? I just bought an 01, rebuilt the carbs synced them yet at idle take off its draggin ass...

So, dumb question: my bikes fuel injected, and has the same issue. It’s a 2014, I left it sitting for a couple years, so I’m thinking it may be clogged injectors. I’ve tried injector cleaner in the gas, doesn’t seem to help. Thoughts?
