Using the Right Barcode & the Right Size: BarTender Barcoding Software Demo
Показать описание
There are lots of types of barcodes; with the most common being UPC, Code 128, Code 39, Data Matrix (mainly used in the medical field), and QR codes.
Remember, barcode orientation is important. You want the lines in the barcode to be going in the same orientation as the print. Doing the opposite makes it more difficult for the printer to print it effectively. Wrong orientation can lead to smearing. If you must use an unconventional orientation, make your mil size bigger.
To adjust mil size, in Bartender, select your barcode, right click, and select properties. From there, you can change mil size and dimensions. Anything between 7 mils and 30 mils is ideal. Bigger is better.
