This is an incredibly simple and intuitive design. Saves heaps on finding an expensive router table when you don’t have the space. That Makita router (DRT50z in Australia) is also my go to for most routing projects and my big 12mm/ ½ inch router stays in the bag. I am saving this and going to cobble on of these together. WELL DONE!

I love how simple his ideas are yet they work perfectly.
Simple in a sense that he only uses 1 pivot point to get an adjustable range of straigt lines, but I can only think about way more complicated solutions that would probably not even work so well.
I would never be able to think of something like this, it requires you to be very familiar with geometry to create something simple and perfectly effective.
