Hello BBC the right answer is B, You have to use "do" because it is a general activity.
My examples.
1. I made a big and delicious bread yesterday for my brother, it was his birthday.
2 After wacthing this video I am doing this exercises.
3. I am into a girl, she hasn't spoken to me since last week it makes me feel sad.
4. Tomorro I will do my task at work as always.

Wait a minute. I hear on British television all the time someone saying, "Do me a fry-up", or "Do me a bacon butty." Adrian Bliss in his parody of Jesus turning water into wine says, "He's done a Merlot again." and "Jesus? Can you do me something else?" It seems to me that in common speech, "do" is OFTEN used for something that is "made".
