The first time I saw this movie, I laughed uncontrollably at the thought of Batman just hanging out in the court room completely suited up, ready to save Harvey Dent.

The courtroom has got some badass camera angles

So many things wrong in this scene it's funny.
1. Batman attended court!?!
2. The guy just casually comes into court with a cup of acid without anyone noticing

It always bugged me that Two Face’s face splits perfectly straight but as we see in this footage, the acid splashed all over his face, even with the papers blocking.

How the hell did that leave perfectly symmetrical scarring on his face?

The more I look at these shots, the more I think they were intended to be part of a flashback rather than a news report. How else would you explain such dramatic camera angles? Schumacher logic indeed.

this is a perfect example for how a lazy writing and disastrous plot can massacre a whole potential movie regardless of how good the acting is. I truly feel sorry for Val Kilmer, his portray is literally one of the best.
