If anyone is wondering these are episodes of Truth, Duty, Valour with the Narrators voice removed (its why there are these strange cuts between music and long pauses). Its an old TV series that follows different aspects of the Canadian Armed Forces and all the episodes are on YouTube.

Great Presentation. The food is great too as seen, it wins the war with out it ever started. Mess area looks sleepable too. The galley, Rest and recreation area is great too. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

I absolutely love the video presentations, and kudos to all the brave women and men for serving their country so admirably. Okay, so I also appreciate heavy metal music, but the soundtracks are ponderous and just plain noisy. I don’t know what else they could play, but I have a low tolerance for the distraction of the continuous racket. I’ll still watch the videos, but I almost guarantee that I’m not alone in this observation.

Old video. HMCS Iroquois (DDH 280) is no more. The RCAF Sea King helicopters are also gone.

I Love the HMS Protector 😊 a Logistics support vessel PLUS a Boarding vessel, true multi mission capable 😊 wins the crews of there own Navy with fresh food resupply plus keeping the FUEL tanks full. And just maybe they get a fresh FISH for the crew to eat. I Love it the boarding party bring Food & Drinks to trade with the vessel they go get next to on Intel 😊 great Nation building, doesn't make a HUGE war ship look so imposing 😊

I'm ex Royal Navy 85/92 and the routine is very much the same on board the Canadian ship as on hms intrepid L11. Basically the junior rates do all the work and the POs and CPOs can be found down the mess.😂😂

That is quite a long ship with little anti ship capabilities it seems

I once slept with a woman who served on this boat! My back has never been the same nor my heart after she disappeared the next morning...
