Yes. Very simple. But everyone remembers when they were starting and had NO clue to anything.

the settings is very important but the most important is:
the price.
If your guitar or anything sounds bad, it's because the manufacture sucks that's it ^^ i still don't know why people even think than "lo fi" music (for example) comes from bad gears/instruments. It comes from very expensive stuff from many years ago and very good skills of producing. Cheap will always sounds bad whatever you do.

My guitar does not sound bad, its in tune but it just sounds “thin” if that makes any sense. Idk if a reverb pedal would help

My guitar sounds bad like a dying cat no matter how much I tune it and change strings, should I buy a new one or try learning on the same old guitar because I stopped learning guitar because no matter how much I practiced it always sounded bad so I got disheartened and stopped

There's so much string noise with my guitar and amp, the amp is the Boss katana mk2. When I put on distortion and hit two strings one after another it makes so much noise. I heard it's normal and you just need to learn muting it. But I feel like it's a bit too much with my amp

I have a mahogany body guitar but the sound of strings is so metal more than should be ..why is that?, I use Alice and D'Addario phosphor bronze, tried 10, 11, and 12 gauge.

To tune my guitar I just use a video that plays each string multiple times of how it’s supposed to sound and just go lower and higher till it’s the same as in the video

Is there a chance that the problem might because of the guitar's neck?

Sir i purchased my first guitar online and received it today...I'm completely a beginner...
I was just trying out, but i dont why my guitar string starts buzzing whenever i try a chord, then after carefully putting fingers its sounds normal..
My question is, is it normal in starting or there is any fault in my guitar?
Plz reply also when i put capo on first fret sometimes G or B string sounds weird, and then sounds normal but muted after adjustment

My guitar sounds very dark and deep. When you play it, it sounds like ur playing a horror song for a horror movie

When i play my guitar it sounds fine but when i record it on the phone I hear the sound of hitting the strings almost as loud as the note itself. Is this normal?

It sounds like "thunk" on the strings when i play a chord

That explanation is unsatisfactory. Other than referring to the action on the guitar about the strings being too close or too far away from the frets you basically blamed it on the user. Here are some other possibilities:

1. Bad strings (either old strings or new cheaply made strings), they can make a guitar sound bad.
2. Cheap plastic nut or bridge.
3. Issues with the saddle
4. Low or high frets.
5. Low quality or broken tuning pegs.

New low quality guitars come with plastic parts and extremely cheap strings. Replacing those parts can have a very noticeable difference in sound. New acoustic guitars need to be broken in too.

If it sounds terrible but you’ve played on other guitars that sounded great, odds are it isn’t your fault even if you’re a beginner.

If I play with a pick, it sounds like crap coming out of amp. I strum with the side of my thumb now.

i have a problem with my guitar; my whenever i lightly press on the strings it doesn’t play anything at all, i’m not sure if it’s because of the strings or what because i’ve used a different guitar with no issue before but i’m no sure, these strings look bronze, please help
