Totally on board with Evernote {dead since v10) and Jira {still popular in corps.. but dwindling!). Todoist = gold. Outlook, new version... Different animal, getting better (calendly killer). Notion, powerful but slow.. offline is a dog. Not intuitive enough. Finally loop... Dirty but smooth, kills Notion on collaboration, realtime etc. Purpose built for office l but working well, with copilot this will replace onenote

I'm a undisciplined ADHD type of guy. So I am building a "mock" system in Excel, and then will build something to utilize my datatypes and classifications, with some sort of dashboard windows to show things. Notion or Anytype or Capacities. Or just keep it in Excel and display the tasks using the new dynamic array functions?
Thanks for the vid
