Why Asians Are Richer Than Whites (Europeans) in America?

Why are Asians often richer and more successful than white people in well-developed countries like the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia, sometimes provoking jealousy? If you examine the list of top ethnic household incomes in the US, you'll find it dominated by Asian-Americans such as Indians, Chinese, Filipinos, Japanese, Koreans, and Pakistanis. Remarkably, despite being newer to these countries, many Asian communities surpass white families, whose ancestors have lived there for centuries. These Asian immigrants, often first or second generation, achieve such significant success that it can stir resentment among the local white population. While factors like strong work ethics, a focus on education, and family values contribute to their success, the real driver is the economic policies, laws, and constitutions of Western democratic countries. Typically, these Asian immigrants tend to be wealthier and more successful in the first few generations, then their socioeconomic status aligns more closely with the general population. What causes this pattern? Welfare programs in Western democratic countries play a significant role. Watch till the end to understand the full picture.

Many are raising valid questions against exploiting affirmative action policies by Asians. Yes, I know that Asians aren't included in official affirmative action policies. I was referring to the tech companies of Silicon Valley who hired Indians showing other communities that they love diversity. Indians were probably the best choice for that. There are official and unofficial affirmative action policies. Everybody knows that Silicon Valley highly favored Indians in the past, and also in the present. Same for Filipino (and other Asian) nurses. I've also made another video on

Asian are not lazy. Being lazy is looked at negatively. Being judged in Asian culture is normal, so society keeps laziness in check.

I have NEVER seen any diversity or affirmative action programs that benefit folks that have east and south Asian heritage. All federal affirmative action style programs, grants, and scholarships specifically target “underrepresented” or “disadvantaged” minorities. Because East and South Asians are over represented, and are NOT seen as “disadvantaged”, they are ALWAYS EXCLUDED from these federal programs. And similarly corporate diversity programs mirror these policies because EEOC permits discrimination only if it favors someone from the “disadvantaged” or “underrepresented” racial group. This ALWAYS ends up benefiting African Americans and Latinos because they are underrepresented and are seen as disadvantaged.

A good example is the recent case brought before the U.S. Supreme Court against Harvard University. When the evidence was presented, it showed that Americans of East and South Asian descent had to score much higher, over 70 points, on the college entrance exam than White students. These Asian Americans were being discriminated against to benefit white students purportedly to make room for African American and Latino students. Harvard decided that it was alright to exclude higher scoring Asian American students to protect placement for whites.

The irony is that when many Americans are asked, they often believe that immigrants, especially from Asia, open businesses and do well economically because of government programs. This has never been the case! As an immigrant that have started businesses, I would have had to bring in an African American as a partner in order to qualify for any of the affirmative action programs such as set asides and low interest loans. Nor was I ever allowed to apply for scholarships or grants intended to help “disadvantaged” minorities because Asian Americans simply do not qualify.

Unlike what this video states, Asian Americans have no one to help them when they are discriminated against, and many Americans often say and do nothing when they are physically attacked and verbally abused.

The case against Harvard was an anomaly that can best be explained as white folks using Asian Americans as a cudgel to destroy affirmative action programs that help African Americans and Latinos.

As an Indian American, I agree with your analysis

Divorce is a significant issue in Western society. Regardless of each partner's contributions, assets are often divided equally, without considering individual efforts or other factors. This can lead to both parties feeling forced to separate, with children ultimately suffering the most from the impact of a broken family.

I'm not in America, but I think that there are very strict criteria for migration to the USA and that only those who are at the top of the social hierarchy manage to fulfill them, that's why mostly doctors, engineers, programmers from Asian countries migrate to the USA

The only thing I disagree with is that immigrants/international students get more scholarships compared to local students. That is absolutely incorrect. There are far fewer scholarships for international students. Because international students are the biggest source of business for Western universities. And for whatever little funding that is available, it's on tuition that amounts to 3-5x of what local students pay. Most international students also have to resort to taking out huge loans at high interest from their native countries to fund their education abroad. It's just that most immigrant students work insanely hard for the years after graduation to pay off those loans and the currency advantage of Western nations over a lot of Asian economies helps with that to an extent.

I am Asian. I have 3 Bachelor Degrees, 2 Masters Degrees, and 2 PhDs. I have been studying since I was 3 years old. My family helped me achieve this. I am helping my kids to achieve even more than me. I sacrificed and worked hard. I do not have hobbies, watch sports, or watch TV. I am typing this while I am in the office.

It is because those who migrate to Western countries, the majority of them are top brains of their respective countries, and you compare them to average citizens of Western countries. If you want to compare, just compare them with top-notch brain of Western citizens, and then it will be a fair battle .

It starts at home having a solid foundation. Doesn't matter what your race is. As an Asian Indian we practically didn't have much when we migrated to the US. Both of my parents worked blue-collar labor jobs. We lived within our means. Basically surviving of one parent's income while saving the other. After several years, my dad bought a small motel in rural Ga. It was my parents, my brother and I running the show. We ran the places without any employees for years. This helped save a lot of money which enabled us to by more businesses. Today, after 40 years, we own hotels and mind you we still work very hard! We never collected a dime from any government agencies. Hard work and persistence will always help you grow. Little bit of luck now and then with some blessings from the divine doesn't hurt either. God bless America, it's still the best country in the world in regard to opertunity. No one comes close...! 🇺🇲

The brightest Asians have come to USA. To say whites are not rich is a lie. All the white people I have come across were very rich by heart, very kind and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable.

Why they have to leave their countries to get rich?

The Netherlands is now a poor country. Everywhere you see parking meters to pay civil servants' wages. Someone who earns 1000 euros is no longer able to make ends meet. The rent is almost 600 euros, electricity more than 200 euros, water, more than 200 for doctors and medicines. What are you going to eat then?

Your analysis of how and why Asian families are rich compared to the white families is correct and accurate.Stable families and strong family values are corner stone of Asians success. As long as they keep and practise Asian traditions, their success continues to be there.Needless to say that they will become like white families once they deviate from ancestral traditions and practices.

This video is slightly amateurish in parts. Indians aren't a minority in STEM. They're not "under represented" so employers don't hire them on the basis of filling quotas.
