I’m really hoping Youtube makes it so you can send horizontal and vertical versions without having to create two streams.

It just makes so much sense to have a button that’ll let you swap to a better view of the stream, and it’d be so much nicer to only have to manage a single chat.

For the vertical stinger transitions, I used Davinci to create a new horizontal stinger video. An extra step, but it worked for me!

The only thing I think I would like YouTube to explore with this is actually handling two livestreams at the same time in the studio. Single chat source, both streams in one place with stats, possibly a link to the full frame version of the stream (could be a pinned or bot comment though I suppose).
It's just only slightly a pain to manage both streams (doable with a little effort).

Is it true YouTube removes your verticals stream from the algorithm if you have both orientations live at the same time? I had read that somewhere and then noticed that very early into the stream I would get a lot more viewers then after about 15 minutes its down to almost none.

Works Well.
Wish YouTube had like a "Static Chat" that all the chats fed into.

I have followed all the steps on this video and other videos .. the issue im having is on the step AFTER you go live on vertical and i try to go live on the horizontal stream .. and someone help me with that

One thing I noticed that he didn't talk about is that you can also have the vertical live stream go live when O. B. S. Live stream goes live. there's a check mark right underneath the video bit right
